About the Catfish Open Water Swim
This event has grown to be one of the largest Open Water Swims in the country. We knew there were plenty of triathletes and swimmers in the Bay Area, and we also knew they didn't have many chances to compete in clean open water. So we gave all these athletes the chance to swim (legally) in one of California's best and most scenic reservoirs: Steven's Creek Reservoir. The venue is ideal for competition, offering clean water, warm sun, and a beach party atmosphere. This open water swim is quickly becoming one of the Bay Area's best summer events.

There will be Race day registration.
Packet Pick-up:
Saturday July 19th at Sports Basement located at 1177 Kern Ave., Sunnyvale. From 11am - 4pm.
Late Registration will also occur at this location!
Race Day July 20th - At race location at 7:00 am
Race Start: 1.2 mile race starts at 8:00 AM SHARP!, 2.4 mile race at 8:45 AM.
Post Race Massage: The Sports massage services PERFORMANCE PLUS will provide massages for a nominal fee of $10/10 minutes, $20/20 minutes ($1/minute).

J&A Productions does not offer any cash refunds. We will issue you a race voucher good for one year, if you notify us in writing 30 days, one month prior to the event that you wish to cancel. This race voucher will be minus a $20 processing fee. Entry fees are not transferable to another person, no exceptions!
